A little help for your reading journey

Litavela brings together illustrated stories, adapted classics and language learning. The current beta is free to test; points, rewards and gifts have no cash value.

Tell us what happened

Include your app version, phone model, the book or story title, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help. Remove passwords, verification codes, API keys and unrelated personal information before sending.

Your library and a new phone

Sign in with the same reader account and check the sync status in Settings → Account & backup. Keep an exported backup before switching devices. A local-only library is not restored by signing into a new account.

Preparation and background work

In a supported hosted build, accepted preparation runs on the server. Reopen the app to see progress and saved chapters. Network problems, provider limits or a paused job can delay completion. Personal Expo testing through a computer still requires that computer to stay on. Dynamic Island updates and push completion notifications are not available in this beta.

Report content or request removal

Email the story/book title, chapter and a description of the concern. For an ownership claim, identify the original work, the content in question and how to contact you. You do not need to include a complete private story or identity document in your first message.

Account and privacy requests

Contact us from your account email to request access, correction, an export or deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Builds with Settings → Account & backup → Delete cloud account also offer in-app deletion. Deleting the cloud account and removing an offline copy are separate actions; export anything you want to keep first.
